Civil Society Practitioners at a WACSI Training

Coming Soon! ... WACSI-IFC Training Courses for CSOs in West Africa

WACSI continues to seek innovative avenues to enhance the professional skills and aptitudes of CSOs and practitioners in West Africa.

In addition to the Institute’s internally developed courses to enhance the institutional and operational capacities of CSOs, WACSI is collaborating with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to tailor the IFC’s courses in Personal Productivity Skills and Human Resource Management to increase the effectiveness of West African CSOs.

The IFC delivers internationally recognised courses to strengthen the skills of managers to enhance their efficiency at work. WACSI will collaborate with IFC’s certified trainers in West Africa to contextualise some of IFCs’ courses to address the knowledge and skills gaps within CSOs in the sub-region.

Personal Productivity Skills
The Personal Productivity Skills course is contextually tailored to enable civil society practitioners to become effective employees and strategic contributors to the success of their organisations. The training will provide participants with new knowledge and skills in personal organization, time management, strategic planning, creativity, and decision making that will boost staff and organizational productivity levels.
