The West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) is pleased to welcome your application to participate in its course on “Rights-based Approach to Development (RBAD) Training” for CSOs in West Africa. The RBAD training seeks to introduce participants to the concept of rights-based approach to development; specifically to general development design, programming, implementation and advocacy. The training aims to provide a platform for deep conceptual and operational understanding of rights-based approach, and its importance to development issues in the 21st century.

Policy Research Methodology and Analysis Training for CSOs 12-15 September, 2016.
The West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) is now accepting applications for the Policy Research Methodology and Analysis Training to hold from September 12- 15, 2016 at the WACSI Training Centre in Accra, Ghana. This course will enhance the participants’ skills in policy research methodology, policy analysis, data collection techniques, research report writing, and documentation. Participants will learn how to adopt the appropriate methodology and apply the right techniques to enhance their research work.
The course has been taught since 2008 by West African policy experts with in-depth knowledge of the region and rich practical experience of work in this area. Participants should ideally have some experience of policy research and analysis.
